We encourage all participants to stay at our recommended hotel - the Hyatt Regency Shanghai Jiading. The rates are USD 820 for 7 nights for a room with a king bed and USD 960 for 7 nights for a room with two beds. Further details are available here.

Ground Transportation

Shuttle bus service on the event days and airport transfers are already included in the official hotel package. If you arrange your own hotel, shuttle bus service is optional, and seats can be reserved for a fee for the event only between the official hotel and all the event venues.

Invitation Letters

Please recheck the policy before departure in case it has changed. Citizens of countries not on this list can seek assistance for visas from our ASEEDER. If your delegation requires a specific invitation letter for visa purposes, they would be happy to issue one after your delegation registers for the Global Round. Please email them at [email protected] with the specific subject "China Visa Invitation Required".
