Our ground partners, Happy Tours, can help with reservations at the following hotels. All these hotels are within walking distance of the Hybernia theater. The rates are for double rooms and include breakfast and taxes.

Airport Transfers and Optional Tours

Airport transfers and optional tours will be offered by our ground partners, Happy Tours. The dates for the tours for the Senior Division will be 10 July and 14 July and the dates for tours for the Junior Division will be 13 July and 15 July. There will be three tour options and the details are as below.

Tour 1: Full day Tour of Cesky Krumlov (10-11 hours)
Price: EUR 90 per person
Inclusions:
- Transportation by chartered coach.
- Guided walking tour of Cesky Krumlov.
- Český Krumlov castle tickets, route 1.

Tour 2: Kutná Hora (6 - 7 hours)
Price: EUR 100 per person
Inclusions:
- Transportation by chartered coach.
- Guided walking tour of Kutna Hora.
- Visit to Kostnice Ossuary.
- Visit to St Barbara's Church.

Tour 3 : Guided tour of Prague castle (3.30 to 4 hrs)
Price: EUR 50 per person
Inclusions:
- Transportation by chartered coach.
- Entrance to Prague castle, Old Royal Palace, St. George‘s Basilica, Golden Lane and St. Vitus Cathedral.

Important Notes & Terms
1. Entrance tickets are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Since July is peak season, we strongly recommend booking well in advance to secure your slots.
2. Admissions to Český Krumlov Castle and the Kostnice Ossuary are date and time-specific; therefore, early reservation is essential.
3. The tour costs do not include meals or gratuities for guides. The group will be allotted free time for lunch during the full-day tour.
4. All students must carry a valid school ID.

Airport Transfers
Airport transfers will be offered from the Prague International Airport.
Rates:
8 seater van (can accommodate 6 people with one large bag and one cabin bag each) | Euro 95 each way
16 seater van (can accommodate 12 people with one large bag and one cabin bag each) | Euro 180 each way
49 seater coach (can accommodate 35 people with one large bag and one cabin bag each) | Euro 250 each way
Additional night charges will apply for transfers after 21:00 hours.

Ground Transportation

All recommended hotels are situated within a short walk of the Hybernia Theater and the area has plenty of other hotels. Complimentary transport will be provided for all delegations to the debate school on debate days. Transfers will depart from a designated location near the Hybernia theater at no cost to participants.

Invitation Letters
