Baku Global Round

The Baku Global Round will be organized in two waves. Each wave will have a Junior and a Senior Division. Teams can choose to participate in either wave based on the dates that suit them best.
Azure Travel are our ground partners for the Baku Global Round and will assist with reservations for official hotels, airport transfers, and optional tours.

We encourage all participants to stay at one of our recommended hotels. The hotel rates mentioned below are indicative and the best available rate will be offered. Shuttle buses will be available from these hotels and seats must be reserved in advance.

Ground Transportation

Shuttle bus reservations are now closed. Seats on the shuttle buses will be provided to all those who have reserved in advance. Buses will be arranged for everyone for the Scavenger Hunt from the National Drama theater to Old Town.

Airport Transfers and Optional Tours

Airport transfers and Optional tours will be offered by our ground partners, Azure Travel. Optional tours include a city tour of Baku, a tour of Baku Gobustan Absheron, and a tour of Shamakhy Astrophysical Observatory, Meysari along with a visit to an Alpaca farm. The cost for each tour is mentioned in the booking form

Visas

Azerbaijan has an online e-visa application system. To apply for an e-visa online, please visit http://www.evisa.gov.az/. Azure Travel can also assist your delegation with e-visas. Please download this document for further details.

Invitation Letters
