Calendar & Registration

The dates for the super junior division will be 11 and 13 April, and for the junior and senior divisions the dates will be 12 and 14 April. Information about the division for your team will be sent to your delegation coordinator a week prior to the event.

Registrations are closed since the capacity of the venue has been reached. Please email us at [email protected] to join the waiting list.

Delegations can register for the Shanghai Round either by using the linked registration form or through our partners at ASEEDER. Please only register once.

Day 1 will be held at Mulgrave School

The Maldives Round has reached capacity.

The 2026 Cairo Round has reached capacity. We'd still love to welcome you, though. Please send us your registration form to be placed on a waiting list, and a member of our team will get in touch if a spot opens up.

Update March 31st: The Ho Chi Minh City Round has reached maximum capacity.

Please note that the Dubai April Round will not be able to take place on the current dates. For now, registrations will be transferred to Dubai May, which we hope to hold as scheduled.

Delegations can register for the Beijing Round either by using the linked registration form or through our partners at ASEEDER. Please only register once.

Please note that there will not be a Cebu Round in 2026. Any schools wishing to join us from Cebu are encouraged to join the Manila Round or to contact us about hosting a round.

The Manila Round has a capacity of 400 participants. Delegations should register early.

Day 1 will be held at Esperanza College Prep.
Day 2 will be held at Sierra Madre Elementary School.

Teams can choose to participate in either this round or the Surabaya (May) Round. Teams may only participate in one regional round per season.

The Surabaya (April) Round is limited to 600 scholars.

The 2026 Penang Round has been rescheduled to April 26-27.

Day 1 (Apr 26) will take place at Wesley Methodist School.

Day 2 (Apr 27) will take place at The Ship Campus Peninsula College.

Delegations may register for the Kyushu Round with the WSC Japan Committee using this link.

Due to capacity constraints at this round, only students attending school in Australia are permitted to register.

Exclusively for students born in 2015 or later. Any team with at least one student born in 2014 or earlier should participate in the mainline Jakarta Round instead.

Delegations may register for the Kansai Round either by using the registration form attached below, or with the WSC Japan Committee using this link. Please only register once.

Delegations may register for the Tokyo May Round either by using the registration form attached below, or with the WSC Japan Committee using this link. Please only register once.

Due to capacity constraints at this round, only students attending school in Japan are permitted to register.

The Rehovot Round is tentatively rescheduled for May 5-6. We are very hopeful that we will have the chance to welcome everyone again soon.

Exclusively for students born in 2015 or later. Any team with at least one student born in 2014 or earlier should participate in the mainline Hanoi Round instead.

Due to capacity constraints at this round, only students attending school in New Zealand are permitted to register.

Teams can choose to participate in either this round or the Surabaya (April) Round. Teams may only participate in one regional round per season.

The Surabaya (May) Round is nearing maximum capacity. We encourage large delegations to consider registering for the Surabaya (April) Round instead.

Delegations can register for the Shenzhen Round either by using the linked registration form or through our partners at ASEEDER. Please only register once.

The Da Nang Global Round will have a special division for "Super Juniors" from September 11-15, 2026. This division is exclusively for scholars who were not yet 12 years old as of January 1, 2026. Any team with at least one member who was born in 2013 or earlier should register for the Junior/Senior round with the dates September 12-16, 2026.

The Beijing Intro Round is open to scholars who have not yet participated in a Regional or Global event in 2026.
