Both the 3rd and 4th are 'day one' academic event days, for different groups. Each day is limited to 240 participants. The 4th has now reached full capacity, meaning all new registrations from this point forward will have their day one on the 3rd.
All delegations will come together on the 5th for a joint 'day two' at Trung Vuong Theater.
