Baku Global Round

Each wave will have a Junior Division and a Senior Division.
Check-in will be a day before each wave commences.
The Baku Global Round will be organized in two waves. Each wave will have a Junior and a Senior Division. Teams can choose to participate in either wave based on the dates that suit them best.
Azure Travel are our ground partners for the Baku Global Round and will assist with reservations for official hotels, airport transfers, and optional tours.
Official Hotels
We encourage all participants to stay at one of our recommended hotels. Rates are for double rooms and include breakfast. Shuttle buses will be available from these hotels. Additional hotels will be added soon.

Airport Transfers and Optional Tours
Airport transfers and Optional tours will be offered by our ground partners, Azure Travel. Optional tours include a city tour of Baku, a tour of Baku Gobustan Absheron, and a tour of Shamakhy Astrophysical Observatory, Meysari along with a visit to an Alpaca farm. The cost for each tour is mentioned in the booking form

The costs for airport transfers for each trip are as below.

Visas
Azerbaijan has an online e-visa application system. To apply for an e-visa online, please visit http://www.evisa.gov.az/. Azure Travel can also assist your delegation with e-visas. Please download this document for further details.
Invitation Letters
