We encourage all participants to stay at one of our recommended hotels. Rates are for double/twin rooms and include breakfast. Timings mentioned are the estimated time to walk from the hotel to the main venue, Cankerjev Dom.

Ground Transportation

Shuttle buses will be available for the main venue only from the Radisson Plaza and the Four Points by Sheraton - Ljubljana Mons, subject to a minimum number of seats getting reserved. The cost will be USD 110 per person for the duration of the event. Advance reservations are required. The last date to reserve seats is June 11, 2025. Please use this booking link to reserve seats.

On debate days, buses for the debate schools will depart from the Cankerjev Dom for all hotels within walking distance, and the Radisson and Four Point by Sheraton hotels. There will be no charge for this.

Airport Transfers and Optional Tours

Airport transfers and optional tours will be offered by our ground partners, Happy Tours. The dates for the tours for the Senior Division will be 11 July and 15 July and the dates for tours for the Junior Division will be 14 July and 16 July. There will be two tour options and the details are as below.

Tour 1: Full day Tour of Ljubljana, Lake Bled and Bled Castle (max. 7 to 8hrs)
Price: EUR 110 per person
Inclusions:
1. Transportation by air-conditioned coach
2. Walking tour of Ljubljana
3. Entrance tickets for Bled castle
4. Boat ride on lake bled to Bled Island + Visit to Bled Island (includes entry to Church of the Mother of God Queen on the lake with the wishing bell)
5. Professional English-speaking guide in Ljubljana & Bled

Tour 2: Full day tour to Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle (max. 6hrs)
Price: EUR 100 per person
Inclusions:
1. Transport by air-conditioned coach
2. Entrance tickets for Postojna Cave with Vivarium
3. Tickets for a ride on the legendary cave train
4. Entrance to Predjama Castle with audio guide.

Lunch is not included for both tours. Time will be given at a restaurant or cafe to get lunch at own expense. The last date to reserve seats for the tours is June 11, 2025. After this date, seats for tours will be confirmed subject to availability.

Airport Transfers Airport transfers will be offered from the international airports at Ljubljana, Zagreb and Venice. The last date to reserve airport transfers is June 11, 2025. After this date, transfers can be arranged subject to availability and the rates might increase.
