Visas
Qatar offers visa on arrival to citizens of 101 countries. Please recheck the visa on arrival policy two weeks before departure in case it has changed. Citizens of countries not on this list can seek assistance for visas from our ground partners, Disover Qatar and Qatar Holidays. To apply for visas through Qatar Holidays, please send an email to "[email protected]". Please note that it is mandatory for citizens of certain countries including India, Pakistan, Thailand, Iran to reserve their hotels through Discover Qatar to get a visa-on-arrival or e-visa.Optional Tours and Airport Transfers
Optional tours and airport transfers are being offered by Discover Qatar, the official ground partners for the event. Tour options include city tours of Doha with visits to its iconic museums, a cruise to view Doha from the sea, and Doha Quest, the largest indoor theme park in the Middle East. Tours will be offered for Senior Division participants on June 12th and June 16th and for Junior Division participants on June 15th and June 17th.

Shuttle Bus:
Shuttle buses will be available from the official hotels listed above for transportation on the days of the event. These are optional and seats can be reserved for a fee of USD 135 per person for the duration of the event. Please use this booking link to reserve seats.The last date for reserving seats on the shuttle bus is May 28, 2025.Transportation from QNCC to the venue of the Scholar’s Scavenge (Doha Quest) will be arranged for all registered participants by us. After the Scavenge concludes, shuttle buses will be available from Doha Quest to official hotels for those who have reserved seats. Delegations that have not reserved seats on the shuttle bus are requested to arrange their own transportation for the journey from Doha Quest to their hotels.
On debate days, round trip transportation to debate schools for delegations staying at official hotels will be arranged without any charges. If your delegation has not reserved seats on the shuttle bus but wishes to avail the free bus service from official hotels on debate days, please email us at [email protected] and let us know the name of your hotel, number of junior division scholars and adults, and the number of senior division scholars and adults.
