Recommended Hotels
We recommend staying at the Premier Inn Dubai Investments Park, Aloft Me'aisam, or Element Me'aisam. Delegations may make their reservations directly with the hotel or via an online travel agency.
Ground Transportation
Transportation will be provided for all participants between the Arcadia Apollo Theatre and the venue for the Scholar's Scavenge. Delegations should arrange their own transportation or use rideshare services for transportation to/from the airport, theatre, and hotels if required.
Note for International Delegations
The Dubai Mini Global Round is primarily designed for residents of the UAE. Delegations from outside of the UAE are also welcome to register; however, the event may be canceled or postponed if required by government restrictions or the local security situation. Delegations should ensure that their travel plans are flexible enough to accommodate any unexpected changes.
Invitation Letters
If your delegation requires a specific invitation letter for visa purposes, we would be happy to issue one after your delegation registers for the Global Round. Please email us at [email protected].
Recent changes to the UAE's visa policies may require minors under the age of 18 to be accompanied by their parents / legal guardians when applying for visas and entering the UAE — we recommend contacting your local UAE consulate to confirm if these requirements apply to your delegation.
Tournament of Champions Qualification
Scholars at the Dubai Mini Global Round will have the opportunity to qualify for the 2026 Tournament of Champions, taking place Nov 12-18, 2026. Qualifiers will be announced at the Closing Ceremonies.
We ask that delegations who are interested in attending the ToC to keep in mind the amount of time required to organize US visas, school permission, and other necessary arrangements when selecting a Global Round to attend.
