Global Rounds

Every year, we invite qualifying teams from all of our regional rounds to their choice of Global Rounds, distributed around the world to make them more accessible to scholars in more places. Some are extra large, some not quite small; all have in common great diversity, unabashed awkwardness, and the enduring sense of community at the heart of our program.

At every Global Round, teams will have the chance to earn invitations to our annual Tournament of Champions at Yale University. 2026 Global Rounds will take place in Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, Prague, Seoul, Shanghai, Christchurch, Bangkok, and Da Nang.

More information will be announced for each of the rounds in the coming months:

• 40% Indicates rounds that are open for registration.
• △ indicates rounds that are approaching capacity. We strongly recommend first submitting your registration form before making any non-refundable travel reservations.
• ✕ indicates rounds that have reached capacity. Please contact us to inquire if your delegation can be accommodated before making any travel reservations.
